Once a card has been screened for condition and authenticity the value of a trade ( store credit ) will be 80% of the market value of said card. The value for any cash sale will be 40% of market value. i.e. a card worth $20 market value can be traded for $16 or has a cash value of $8.

Any order placed by close of business on a Monday will be delivered next day (Tuesday) by close of business or on your next service date which ever comes first. Delivery subject to availability.

We understand that this will occur from time to time. We will not always see eye to eye on the value of a card collection.  If this happens you are free to collect the cards yourself, you must give 24 hr notice of time and day you would like to collect your cards. If you wish to simply have them returned on your next visit , a small 1 time fee will be applied to your account .

All good things must come to an end. If you no longer wish to have a membership simply cancel at any time. If it is after your payment due date you can enjoy your membership for the rest of the month and it will be canceled on the last day of the month. If it is before your payment due date your membership is immediately canceled and you will not receive any previously scheduled visits. Any remaining balance in your account after 1 month will be converted to cash value and you will be paid within 10 business days.

People make mistakes,  we are all human after all. If you forget to make an appointment you will be allowed a 1 time free make up appointment.  Use it wisely as you only get 1 freebie per calendar year. 

Having second thoughts about trading in that unlimited Demonic Tutor? No worries , just give us a call within 24 hours of your appointment and we will remove that card from the trade and return it to you on our next visit. A small 1 time fee will be charged to the account.

That would be really awesome , but unfortunately you cannot use store credit to pay for your membership.

If a member would like extra service it can be arranged for a 1 time fee of 19.99$  . A 24 hr notice of time and day is applicable and subject to a higher level member who has already reserved in that time period. 

Bulk cards are any single card worth less than 0.10$ Bulk cards will not have the standard 80/40 trade in value as cards worth more than 0.10$ Bulk cards will be accepted only at an extremely discounted rate of 1 cent per card. I.E. 1000 cards for 10$ 

Each visit lasts as long as needed to provide you with the best customer experience.  With that in mind we hope to accomplish that in no more than 1 hour per visit.

Fake or altered cards will not be tolerated. Any card we believe to be fake or altered will be immediately destroyed.  Your account will be suspended for 3 months. After that time any other suspicious activity with your account may be subject to a permanent lifetime ban.
